YWA Connect: Party of 8

Description

The Young Women’s Alliance (YWA) is an organization devoted to the professional and personal development of women leaders in Central Texas. For more than 20 years, YWA has been a staple in the Austin community, driven by our four pillars: lead, educate, network, and serve. Please join us for one of our signature events, Party of 8, in which small groups of YWA members go to dinner together to get to know one another in a casual setting.

This event is open only to YWA Connect mentors and mentees.

  • Event location and schedule:  Party of 8 will take place the evening of Thursday, November 4th.  A few days before the event, a group leader will reach out with more specific details--including the restaurant that you will be dining at and who you will be dining with.  Reservations will be scheduled to begin between 6:00 and 7:00 pm.  
  • Dress code: Come as you are
  • COVID-19 policy:  Masks are always recommended when you aren't eating or drinking.  
  • What to bring: Please bring cash or card to pay for your meal.  (Note that sometimes restaurants aren't willing or able to split checks, so it's always convenient if you have access to Venmo so the group can easily split the check).  
  • What to expect: This will be a casual evening--think dinner with friends--to get to know a few other YWA Connect mentors and mentees in a lowkey setting.
